pldt customer service

Business as usual for PLDT , but not for me! Have cancelled some appointments just to make sure that the problem will be resolved within the day !

pldt 171 : welcome to pldt how may i help you
me : good am, follow up ko lang yung problem ng internet connection namin
pldt 171 : Sir, sorry po residential po ang na dial nyo , business account po tong line nyo.
me : ganon ba , puwede mo ba akong ma transfer? para di na ako mag dial ulit?
pldt 171 : Sir , sorry po kase limited lang po ang capability namin.
me : i see, so hanggang saan lang ang kaya nyo?
pldt 171 : (an awkward pause)
pldt 171 : Sir, tawag na lang po kayo sa 171-1312
me : ah ok, thank you.
me : (dialled again!)
pldt 171-1312 : welcome to pldt how may i help you
me : good am , follow up ko lang yung problem namin sa internet connectio namin
pldt 171-1312 : Sir, confirm ko lang po yung information nyo (blah blah blah)
me : (waiting , patiently ....)
pldt 171-1312 : Sir, based po dito sa record namin, naka line-up na po sila for further investigation dahil po meron silang nakitang problem sa network.
me : ganon ba? eh bakit sabi sa akin the other day, wala naman daw advise sa kanila na merong problem, saka Bossing , medyo 3 days na kaming walang connection, dependent kami sa internet dahil connected ang office namin sa Japan HQ, ano kaya puwede nating gawin?
pldt 171-1312 : Sir, i ELEVATE ko na lang po yung problem then gawan ko lang po ulit ng report
me : ganon ba, puro na lang ba report , wala ba tayong makikitang actual solution para at least maayos ang problema,
pldt 171-1312 : Sa ngayon po Sir , kase naka forward na po siya sa technical , and na ELEVATE ko na rin po yung problem
me : actually , halos paulit ulit tayo , dahil since the other day , puro ELEVATE, FOLLOW-UP, NAKA LINE-UP ang sinasabi nyo sa akin, tapos minsan sira pa yata yang trunk line nyo dahil kung san san ako napupunta kahit tama naman ang dial ko.
pldt 171-1312 : (awkward pause again!)
pldt 171-1312 : Sir , naka ELEVATE na po yung concern nyo , antayin nyo na lang pong maayos yung connection nyo, i monitor nyo na lang po kung maayos

Our internet connection problem was resolved at around 5:30pm , but still with intermittent connection. Tested the speed and performance , but some remote connection from japan, us and taiwan cannot be reached!

In short, PLDT customer service still SUCKS!!! , I have wasted some "quality" time just to attend this simpliest matter.

PLDT , If you can read this, yeah you, you really SUCK!!

dude, pldt really sucks!!! i changed my service to skybroadband cuz i can't stand their service. i never got a decent connection.
